How do I check the status of a maintenance issue?

You can check the status of any maintenance issues using the PropertyMe App or the online portal.

What do I do if there is a maintenance emergency?

If there is a maintenace issue, the tenants will contact us and we will contact the owner.

When will I be paid rent?

Rent is dispersed on a monthly basis. Your letting fees and any maintenance invoices will be deducted, and the balance transfered to your nominated account. You can view your statement at anytime on the Property Me App.

What happens if the rent is not paid on time?

We perform a daily reconciliation of rental payments. If the rent falls into arrears, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue. We keep landlords updated throughout this process. 

How do I pay for maintenance?

If we hold adequate funds in your account, we can arrange payment on your behalf. We can send to the Landlord for direct payment if needed. 

What happens at a routine inspection?

During a routine inspection, we will go through the property on behalf of the owner to ensure it is being kept in good condition and check if there are any maintenance concerns. We will let you know if their are any areas that need to be addressed.
