If you are looking for repairs, please submit your maintenance request via Property Me Login. If this is an emergency, please phone the on-call number listed in your tenancy agreement.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Any maintenance issues can be logged through the Property Me App or online portal.

What do I do if there is a maintenance emergency?

If there is an emergency, contact Which Property on emergency number listed in your rental agreement.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due weekly or as listed per the tenancy agreement. You will be required to transfer funds to the account listed in your tenancy agreement. You can access payment receipts via the Property Me App or online portal.

What happens if my rent is not paid on time?

If you rent is late, you will need to make up the payment as soon as possible. You may be served with a breach notice if your payment is behind. If there is an issue paying your rent, you need to contact Which Property as soon as possible to discuss.

What happens at a routine inspection?

You receive a notification from our agency that we will be undertaking a routine inspection. During the inspection, our staff will walk through the property to ensure that the property is being kept in good condition. If there are any maintenance concerns these should be raised to be reviewed at the inspection.

When I move in, what needs to go on my report?

Any existing damages should be noted in your report. We will refer to this report when you move out, and you may be liable for damages not listed.

What happens when I move out?

When you move out, the property will need be thoroughly cleaned and keys returned on the day that your agreement finishes. Your bond will be refunded per your agreement.

What is an entry notice?

An entry notice is a legal document completed by the property manager or landlord and given to the tenant to inform them that the property manage will be entering the property for a routine inspection or maintenance on a certain date.

What happens when my lease runs out?

You will be contacted to see if you would like to renew your lease or if you intend to move out at the end of the term.
